About Christine Alemany
Christine Alemany is a growth executive, board advisor, and author who helps mid-stage B2B tech companies fix the trust gaps destroying their unit economics.
When buyers hesitate longer, customers leave faster, and every new deal costs more to close—despite having a strong product and talented team—the problem isn't your market. It's a trust gap: the invisible friction between what you promise and what customers experience.
Christine has spent 20+ years systematizing how to diagnose and fix these gaps, working with Fortune 100 companies (Citi, Dell, IBM) and high-growth startups to compress sales cycles, reduce churn, and unlock premium valuations.
The Journey: From Coding to the Boardroom
Christine's path to trust expertise began as an engineer and startup coder. But she quickly discovered that companies fail not because of bad products—they fail because of trust gaps.
The pattern she saw:
- Marketing promises features product hasn't built yet
- Sales sets expectations customer success can't deliver
- Product ships changes that blindside customers
- Teams operate from different data, making contradictory decisions
Each function had good intentions. But siloed teams destroyed trust across the customer journey—and no one connected the dots.
That realization propelled her from engineering and product into executive marketing and growth leadership, where she developed The Trust Engine framework—a systematic approach to diagnosing trust gaps and realigning teams around shared intelligence.
Over 20 years, she's managed global P&Ls of up to $3 billion, achieved five successful exits, and built two businesses including  Thrv Advisors, a consultancy focused exclusively on trust-driven growth.
